The Framework
QSA is designed as a framework rather than a single software product. Building on the principles of Scaled Agile (SaFe) and decades of Ethan Turon's hands-on experience deploying digital products for Fortunue 500 companies globally, Quantum Scaled Agile defines a structured way to model delivery complexity, simulate scenarios, and optimize strategic decisions across Agile systems at scale, while still remaining faithful to traditional Scaled Agile primiciples and keeping humans in the loop. Ethan Turon's first iteration of Quantum Scaled Agile can be traced back as far as 2016 when he developed his first Agile Simulator to demonstrate automated Release Train Engineering .

Why QSA
Traditional Agile frameworks are powerful, but they were not designed around real-time non-linear optimization. QSA extends Agile systens thinking into a more advanced decision framework, enabling organizations to evaluate many possible delivery paths instead of relying on a single linear plan. Future Implementation
QSA is the framework layer. Future implementations include my simulators, enterprise
dashboards, hybrid optimization engines, and integrated planning systems that operationalize
the framework in software. I filed my patent for this framework in 2025, and first developed Quantum Scaled Agile as Automated Agile around 2026 as my PAGES Agile Simulator (the video is on my homepage). I designed my first protoypes in 2024 and reached Beta testing in the fall of 2025. I made quantum breakthroughs in January 2026.
